Because most of my work is process-driven rather than planned in detail, I’ll sometimes complete several works before seeing a theme emerge. A couple of these works were created for an exhibition with the theme “Warmth”; others just seemed to be earthy in some way.
My most recently listed work, “Geographicum—Lichens on volcanic scoria” hasn’t a lot in common with early stitching such as “Woodland Stream” or almost-finished “Sunkissed Landscape” cushion cover.
